Frozen Fashion!

So we are menat to be in spring right now, but I’m freezing! The weather in just so oscillating at the minute I have found it hard to decide on what will be best suited to wear for teh weather but also for personal style preference. I found that a nice blazer and skinny trousers are a great combination to not just look great but also feel great. personally I LOVE this blazer from Topshop paired with these khaki trousers from River Island- for shoes I think these platform courts work extremely well. I think that you could wear a plain white t shirt or a matching blouse of your choice to complete the outfit. On cold spring days I dont think you can get better than blazers- they are smart and stylish- perfect!

London Fashion Week 2012!

Finally Fashion week has arrived at our very own capital city. I wish I could be in London to be part of the fabulous event but unfortunately I couldn’t. Oh well, there’s always next year! So today I LOVED the Burberry Coats, the whole collection was quite a signature style with a bit of a twist. It reminded me of the typical Chanel tweed jackets and blazers, which of course are one of Chanel’s massive icons as well as Cocos very own Little Black Dress. I have taken in quite a lot of inspiration from the whole tweed theme and find that it works so well in the winter as it’s not only super stylish but also keeps you warm. Versatile fabric usage is something that is a necessity in my work as I like to design dresses which not only look great but are practical too. Soon I will be uploading a few of my dresses for the spring season and I would love to know what you think.
